How does the complaint process work?

  • Start by filling out this form. Once you have done this, a return label will be sent to your email; please print it out.

  • Pack the product securely in a padded envelope and attach the return label to the package.

  • Drop it off at the nearest PostNord agent and keep the receipt as proof of drop-off.

Once we have received your package, our experts will notify you that the package has safely arrived, and then carefully review your claim. A decision will then be made based on the review and communicated to you via email.
