How do I send in my ring for service, replacement, or complaint?

Pack carefully – Place your product in the smaller box or velvet pouch you received with your delivery. Please note that the original box is not returned when exchanging – always use the pouch or service box instead.

Double protection – Place the box or pouch in the safety bag you received with your delivery. Remember to include the diamond certificate if you are exchanging an item set with a diamond.

Seal and label – Place everything in a padded envelope, either the one you received with the delivery or another padded envelope, seal it carefully, and attach the return label.

Drop off – Drop off the envelope at your nearest postal service point.
